Meet Charitable Trust is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all donation-related transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which a donation may be considered for refund.
1. General Donation Policy
Donations made to Meet Charitable Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support the Trust's charitable, social welfare and community development activities.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.
2. Refund in Exceptional Circumstances
A refund request may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment made accidentally.
Incorrect amount charged due to a technical or payment processing error.
Donation amount debited from the donor's account but the transaction was not successfully recorded by the Trust.
Any other genuine technical or transactional error verified by the Trust.
Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Meet Charitable Trust.
3. Refund Request Period
A donor should submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.
The request should include:
Donor's full name
Registered mobile number/email address
Transaction date
Donation amount
Transaction/Reference ID
Reason for requesting the refund
Relevant payment proof or transaction screenshot, where applicable
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted to:

The Trust may request additional information or documents to verify the transaction.
5. Refund Processing
After verification and approval, the eligible refund will normally be processed through the original payment method, wherever technically possible.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the donor's bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI service provider or other financial institution.
6. Non-Refundable Donations
Donations that have already been allocated or utilized for approved charitable activities may not be eligible for refund, subject to applicable law.
Donors are therefore requested to carefully verify the donation amount and transaction details before completing a payment.
7. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with the transaction details.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.
8. Policy Changes
Meet Charitable Trust reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised Effective Date.
